1. Legal Rights
The client is the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the property and all data and components contained therein sent to CP Doctor. Any property left with CP Doctor unclaimed for 30 days, will be disposed.
2. Confidentiality
CP Doctor agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client's equipment except to employees or agents of CP Doctor subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to release of the repaired machine. The client is financially responsible for all shipping costs. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Solo over the phone and other third party payment methods online. (Google Checkout / PayPal)
4. CP Doctor Warranty
90 Days warranty on laptops and mobile phones that CP Doctor has repaired.
During the warranty period, CP Doctor will correct any defects in material and/or workmanship, or any failure of the laptop system that conform to written specifications. Within 7 days of your machine being serviced, if the results are unsatisfactory you must return the device or the replaced part/s for full refund.
Note: You may NOT return the part if its value is under £10.00 The customer is responsible for shipping costs and for the usage of original and/or comparable packaging.
We DO NOT give any warranty on software based computer repairs as there is a possibility of getting a virus/crash the system the day after your service. This is completely users mistake. We do not take any responsibility.
5. 48 Hour Repair Time Guarantee
CP Doctor Policy indicates that all repairs must leave facility within 48 hours. Our experience indicates that most repairs are completed and shipped back SAME DAY!
Note: If we fail to repair your laptop within 48 hours, your shipping back will be absolutely free of charge. No Questions Asked.
Note: The repair may take longer due to the part/s availability. We will inform you about the situation and ONLY continue after your approval.
6. How it works?
I. Open new case online and ship us your defective device
II. Within 24 hours after product arrives, we will call you to disclose the determined defect and estimated price . ONLY after your approval, will we begin reparation of your product. During repair you can check your detailed repair status online using your case id number.
III. Most repairs are completed and shipped back the Same Day!

LIABILITY STATEMENTS
CP Doctor is not responsible for any software or data lost on customers hard drive. Customers are responsible for backing up the data on the hard drive prior to shipping the unit to CP Doctor for repair or Backup service should be requested.
CP Doctor is not responsible for keeping or returning defective parts that are replaced as part of the repair unless specifically requested by the customer prior to acceptance of our repair estimate.
CP Doctor is not responsible for any damage caused to laptop during shipping to AND from our location. CP Doctor will insure every laptop for £399.00 during return shipment and if additional insurance is desired, customers are responsible for notifying CP Doctor and covering the additional insurance expense.
CP Doctor charges a £4.99 Handling Fee to all orders and that customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from CP Doctor. We are more than happy to utilize your UPS account for shipping, however the £4.99 Handling Fee is still applicable and will be applied to your invoice total.
