SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Screen Repair (LCD & Glass)
We replace the whole front screen of your device which includes the LCD display, the front glass and the touch screen digitizer.
This repair fixes all these problems:

We replace the front screen on your device, which includes the front glass, touch screen digitizer and LCD display.
Front Glass Repair (Glass only)
This repair replaces the front glass on your device but does not replace the LCD display or touch sensor. Therefore only choose this repair if it is just the front glass on your device that is broken and there are no problems with the actual display or touch functionality. Due to the specialist nature of this repair it cannot be done as a call-out repair and can only be done at our main Repair Centre via our postal service which offers same day repair, next day courier delivery
This repair will replace the battery in your device. We only use the highest-quality replacement parts
Charging Port Repair
If your device is not charging it could be a problem with the charging port. This repair fixes any issues with the charging port. We will replace the charging port if it is faulty and do the necessary work to restore the charging port to working order
Water / Liquid Damage Repair
If your device has suffered water or liquid damage this repair aims to restore it back to working order. One of our skilled repair technicians will strip down your device, put it through a chemical cleaning / drying process and then re-build & test your device. Due to the specialist nature of this repair it cannot be done as a call-out repair and can only be done at our main Repair Centre via our postal service which offers same day repair, next day courier delivery
PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of water damage not all devices can be repaired and the damage is sometimes beyond repair. We will do everything possible to try to restore your device to a functional working order. We have a very good success rate (approximately 8 in 10 devices repaired) but we cannot guarantee success. In some instances, your device still might not work after we have carried out this repair. Therefore, the fee for this service is chargeable whether the device is repaired or not. Our 12 month warranty does not apply to liquid damaged devices
Full Diagnostic Service
If it is unclear what the problem with a device is we offer a full diagnostic service. We have specialist equipment that fully tests every single software and hardware component to identify any problems with a device. After conducting a full diagnostic we will contact you to advise what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair. If you wish to go ahead with the repair the price you have paid for the diagnostic is deducted from the total price. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repair your device will be returned to you. As part of this service you will receive a print-out of the diagnostic report showing all the tests carried out

Home Button Repair
If the home button on your device is broken this repair will replace the home button and fix any issues. PLEASE NOTE: if the home button on your device consists of a fingerprint sensor (eg. iPhone 5S) then following this repair the fingerprint sensor will no longer work so please do not proceed if this is an issue
Power Button Repair
If the power button on your device is broken this repair will replace the power button and fix any issues.
Rear Glass Repair
If the rear glass on your device is broken this repair will replace the glass panels. If your device consists of multiple rear glass panels that are broken (eg. iPhone 5S has a glass panel at the top and bottom) then this repair will replace both of them
Rear Housing Replacement
If the rear casing of your device is badly damaged this will replace it with a brand new part to get your device looking good again. Our experienced technicians will replace the whole rear housing / rear casing of your device.
